CODA Meetings

Just wanted to get some input:

I think I want to attend CODA meetings instead of Alanon meetings.

Do you think this is a good idea?

I have resources for both meetings.

Rob,

I think it would be great to go to a CODA meeting. I belong to what is called the *emeeting* where we talk thru emails with everyone. I also read Co-Dependency litterature too. It has helped me a lot. I think any of the tools that you can get your hands on will help with your recovery. And if you dont think the CODA meeting is for you, then you know you tried that avenue. Not everyone has resources available in their areas so I would deffinately take advantage. =)

Although I went to some Al-anon meetings, CoDA was my home fellowship and a wonderful place for me to address my codependency issues.

By all means give it a try, it's a great place to find your balance and learn a better way to live.

Good luck. Let us know how you make out.

Hugs
