At last I went to talk to my doctor and have had an triage meeting to decide whats next.

Had to start from scratch though as my notes werent available. So after a long conversation regarding anorexia, OCD, insomnia, lack of cognitive memory, anxiety and depression plus various addictions to alcohol and weed in the past, it has been decided that I need a full physchiatric assessment followed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. At least she didnt section me......the relief has to be a good start.
