Al-Anon Podcasts

I found these First Steps to Al-Anon Recovery » Introduction to meetings on the Al-Anon Family Groups website and thought I would share for those who are interested.

There are six podcasts available. The topics are:

Why did we come to Al-Anon?
Did we cause our loved one to drink?
What does it mean, our lives became unmanageable?
Why did I feel afraid to go to my first Al-Anon meeting?
How did I feel at my first Al-Anon meeting?
What is the First Step in Al-Anon?

Thanks, I love listening to good podcasts when I am walking to work, driving, or going out on a run. There used to be a good AA podcast called "Just for Today" that I used to enjoy listening to, but its been dormant for several weeks now. I wonder if the host gave up?
