I actually slept long and hard last night, but was still " fuzzy" all day. Dr. gave me " Gabapentin" to help calm me down, I was shaking at work...not good, felt useless. But now. I'm home had a moment of clarity on where I want my life to go...and it was happy and booze free...starting to get some clear thinking, but still feel like I'm in dreamland. ANy thoughts or experiences?

Hi Jedi - kudos on day 3!

I remember being easily overwhelmed in the first few weeks. I tried to keep things low key and simple and have patience with myself...... and it really helped. Think of it like you would recovering from an illness (which is actually the truth) - you wouldn't expect to jump up and feel good right away.

It got a little better each day for me. Slow and steady. Hang in there!:ghug3
