friday

well its friday and im here and sober which is great down side me and my wife and son are sick i guess wife is throwing up and me and my son ab cramps body aches ans sinus guess its a flu bug or hopefully not strep so ifeel run down but im here and thats good

probably means trips to the urgent care tomorrow if we are not better thanks for your wishes . this stinks my son has a basketball game in the morning i so hope his twin and my daughter dont catch it

I clearly remember the couple of times I was sick at the same time as my kids (couldn't do my mommy-care) - not fun at all. Get lots of fluids and lots of rest......
