21 Days and still going strong!

No drinks or smokes for 21 days. I feel incredible! I wake up so alive and alert. I crave cigarettes more than alcohol right now but I know the desire will fade when I ignore it.

Cigarettes by far are the hardest addiction to beat...Hats off to you HockeyDad!!! Way to go on sobriety and nicotine...

agreed - not to be patronizing on this site of all places, but kicking smoking for me was 10x harder than alcohol, IMHO.

Your a brave man! Giving up cigarettes and alcohol at the same time IMO is difficult at best. Good for you !! Keep up the good work. Happy to hear life is treating you well.
