What am I bonded too today that I refuse to surrender? Is this not blocking me from recovery today. What is the fear behind letting go. If one lets it go and it belongs to you then it will come back if you let it. Early on I was bonded not just to self but little tihings yet those little things grew rapid in size and quite so distrubed my sea of serenity. In step 4 it ws even maginfied to greater proportions to the point I could not get to see my part in even the smllest of ways. So how is it with you today and is it working comes to mind.
