1 year....

Its been an year since I made the decision to quit drinking. I have since become a whole different person.
Drinking: 230 pounds high anxiety, depressed, loner, bitter, unhappy.
1 year sober. 190 athletic, happy.

I felt even better after getting one year behind me - I'd faced all the triggers and made it through (holidays, vacas, etc.). Congratulations Aaron - you did a fantastic job.

Feels good right? Got my annv last week, 2 yrs and going strong. Been more active at the gym and feel excellent. It is awesome to share these stories of accomplishment keep up the grrrrrrreat work my man!
