hey everybody wish me luck...

Today is the day i will be tryin to pull off the trifecta! I smoke cigarettes drink everyday and smoke weed...I purchased 105 pieces of nicorette gum and am ready to tackle this obstacle. i have been trying to quit for a while but I just cant. I am putting my mind towards this this time and will succeed...I am kind of confused how chat meetings work...they will probably help me succeed.

Lol i just chewed my first gum today...it tastes pretty good and is way better then those toxic cigarettes

Wow! Good luck.

Chat is open 24/7 and there are usually people in there, but especially in the evenings. There are meetings on some weekday evenings. When I say evenings that is US time. Here is the link to the schedule.

This is great that you are tackling all three at the same time. It will be harder to be sure but your body will really appreciate a new lease on life. And remember, although it is hard, as a great statesman once said - A kite flies higher against the wind than with the wind.
