Here's to 2011!
Went to the gym yesterday, ready to achieve sobriety this time. Enough of the heartless "trying" from before. I want health and fitness to be one of my passions and I've definitely "been there" before as recently as '09. So instead of hitting my favorite bar at 4pm on the nose, then buying wine on the way home, I'm driving right by that horrible place and getting down to the gym. I'll check in often.

I am with you on that! I am not stopping to pick up a half pint of vodka, the pack of small wine bottles, and the bottle my wife and I share in the evening! I am going home to spend a nice quality evening with my family! It has been too long and I am looking forward to it!
