Hi everyone, I am just stopping by to check in and let you all know that I'm still sober almost 3 years now.

For all you newcomers, I want you to know that you can get and stay sober. SR was a daily priority for me during my first year and a half. It helped me more than I can express.

Not only have I stayed sober but I finally am on the right meds after spending 12 days in the hospital for being bipolar. I haven't had any mania or depression since July.

Thats all for now just wanted to check in with everybody.
