Just had a dream of a party with open bar at work AND I WENT HOME !!!!

Yes it feels good that in my dream I did not par-take in the free drinking party. I was so proud of myself in the dream. I woke up right after and came downstairs to make banana wheels on toast (a childhood family name for this snack! ) with milk. It is 2:11am and I am writing this because I am proud that this is my FIRST dream that I actually said NO to alcohol. I think there is hope this time I may get it right. I am leaving for work today for 5 days and I bought 2 books from ebay. One is the big book. The other iscalled "there's more to quitting drinking than quitting drinking by Dr.Paul O." Please pray for my mum today she is having surgery. another pacemaker put in. Thank You all.

Wow, that was an empowering dream, and if you can do it while you dream ( and your subconscious is free to do whatever it likes) then you can also do it when you are awake. It's your mind sending you a message that you have the strenght to say NO, and that you are able to do this
Looks like you are in the right mindset to stay sober.

Also i'm sending positive thoughts for your mom. I hope evrything goes well,
My best wishes,
LS
