Are you less than 14 days sober? Help needed

There is a thread on the Newcomers Daily Support Thread called:

Members with less than 2 weeks Welcome-Part 14

It's been a great help to alot of us to get to 14 days and beyond. Just letting you know that it exists and if you want/can, drop in each day to provide and receive support and strength!

All the best everyone - keep strong - you can do it.

Rosco.

p.s. There are so many people that help here but three cheers to Dee74, Anna and Least for the extraordinary amount of time they commit to SR.

Yes, absolutely (apologies for missing you out!)- thanks for all the advice CarolD - much appreciated.

I should also mention that the Class of December 2010 is also available to those that stopped in December. Lots of support there.

I'm in the Class of November 2010 and we all support each other. Just have a look at the 1000's of views!

Good info. I found sharing here as a newbie and also spending time with others who quit about my time was really tremendous. Support all around and I think using all the support tools available (especially on SR) really helped me get settled in initial recovery.

Thanks for posting~

Today is day nine for me. Gotta watch it because 10 days has been my limit in the past. After that, I relapsed. It happened 2 or 3 times. Intent on it never happening again! Today is today, tomorrow is tomorrow (and the day of my FAVORITE meeting! Yay!), I'll deal with Dec. 9 when it's Dec. 9.

Herbal tea is very good for you! I've been drinking it the last couple days, and if my cravings get really bad I make a pot of coffee. Been trying to not do so much caffeine, but a nice cup of coffe soothe me.

Hi I am on Day four, I have been doing water with a little lemon and a hot peppermint tea if I get to the point of wanting a beer. I am trying to find little things to curb my urges, I beleive if I start working out it will help. Just reading everyone threads is helping me not to lapse Thanks
