newcomer to sr

hello. i just became a member tonite. i'm not sure how to use this site yet. but i am a real alcoholic and will give 110% trying to figure it out. i will keep trying (the same thing over and over expecting different results) until i get it. i want to thank you all for letting me join . i'm excited to listen to learn and to learn to listen . expecience,strength and hope.
