week 3
week 3
Hi All,
Well what can I say, I'm surprising myself, 3 weeks no booze not even a sip!!! I'm so pleased, My family don't really talk about it apart from my sister, who asks lots of questions and my eldest daughter, who has been a tower of strength. My youngest daughter is still not talking to me but i pray that will come in time. As for now one day at a time does me.

I smile when I read your posts. I am glad things are going well and you are moving forward in sobriety and life. As the holidays approach I appreciate family and friends. Some of those people I am in contact with and some I am not, but I think of all of them. I have found throughout my recovery I have had to release some people who were not good for me and some people aren't ready to be a part of my new life but everything happens for a reason and in time I will revel in Joy with the people I miss.
