I've been sober for 19 days now and i can't really complain it's going well, except and I have posted this before, my sleep pattern is away to pot, I get one nights great sleep and the next i sleep sound for 2-3 hours then ping wide awake, my partner is getting anxious as I am Bipolar who normally suffers highs, i've stopped cat napping, tried to change my bedtime routine, drink warm milk or hot chocolate at bedtime, will this stop, what can i do to help myself?

Naw, you are doing great with your sobriety!! As far as the insomnia, bi-polar piece goes I urge you to see your Dr. on that. There are some things that are far better supported by professionals!
