a dream
Hi All
I could not sleep last nite, so i came on-line, read and posted, it helped me as normally i would sneak the red wine, fill the bottle with coke untill i could replace it!!!! i eventually fell asleep at 6am on the couch, my partner got up for work giving me a row for not being in bed, so at 8am i went to bed. I woke at mid-day with a real start......I awoke from my dream which was i was late for my AA meeting, i dived around the house getting dressed etc then relised it's not untill tonite, boy am i starting to take this seriously. Roll on tonite.

dreams about recovery infected my brain almost every night at first, and still do sometimes! I think that's a positive sign that your unconscious is trying to help you learn this new way of life. They can be a little unsettling though!
I usually get those during the 2nd or 3rd weeks (when I last that long), but that feeling that you get when you wake up feels sooo good.
