Thank you for this site, thank you to everyone who's posted on the forums. Your warmth and honesty have helped me to take this first step.
Several months ago I said to myself "If you don't stop drinking wine this time then you will have to ask for help". Several attempts since then, and i'm here, asking for help.
I'm feeling really scared, and for some reason, just typing this has made me tearful, it's like something is saying to me "at last!"
This is day one.
