Almost used, asking to chat

I'm having a panic attack and I just almost used. That really scares me because for a second I almost lost control. Can anyone come to the chat room?

Lil - I am here and going to chat. I have been there too many times with panic attacks and know the need to talk it through. I will be there. Huggs.
