Day 3, what the good things are
Day 3, what the good things are
Coffee: I can enjoy it gain, I actually got a buzz from it. Haven't felt that in a while.
Gym: Muscles feel stronger, didn't feel like quitting 1/2 or 2/3 through the workout.
Energy: After a morning lull, I feel very alive, the coffee helped too, lol.
Self-esteem: Feel good about myself for having made it and not giving into temptation and the Dean Martin songs playing in my head. "When you're drinking..."
Satisfaction: Knowing I'm doing something good for myself and my health.
Accomplishment: Knowing if I keep this up, it'll be the greatest thing I've done for myself in years.
