I am going on day 10 clean of a 20mg x2 Oxy a day habit of 13 months. Most physical symptoms are gone, but this insomnia is killing me. I'm tired all day but as soon as everyone goes to bed I'm wound for sound. I have been running at least 30 minutes a day since day 3 but still no sleep. No cravings for any pills. My brother who has a very bad habit keeps telling me its all in my head. Is it? Should I be sleeping by day 10. Do not get me wrong I've gotten a few hours here and there, but so tired which I know is affecting my mood. Also no motivation and feel like I am in a haze. I know my habit was not a very heavy one, but I still feel like c***. When I get through this I then have to begin tapering of a benzo that my doctor said would help my severe anxiety. It helped alrite, it helped me become agoraphobic. So with the habit I explained should I start getting better soon? I hope so, I just want some sleep. Thank you for this site.
