My mom is much worse these last few days so I will be headed back to the midwest early Thursday morning to be with her and make some more decisions. The cancer is racing ahead very quickly and she is in extreme pain. What will happen is anybody's guess.

Please pray my brother and I have the wisdom to make the right calls. I plan to stay 3 weeks this time. Thank god for Family Leave.

Those layoffs I was worried about doing ? Guess another manager will stand in for me. Not meant to be. I will see what is left of my team when I return.
