Today has to be the worse day of my life! I needed to give a little speech about our company this morning, to people i did not know. I am never at a loss of words, but today was the day I hit bottom.

We stayed up late last night haven beers and visiting. I felt fine when I got up, but the hangover just kicked in and I was completely blank when standing up there. WOW what a nightmare it was. Have u ever seen those movies when the person runs out of the room crying? thats all I wanted to do.

When I got back to work I find out with got new software on the computer. Trying to learn it was hard. Then my boss calls me and wants to do my review OH FOR GOODNESS I thought well now I will get fired. My tummy went nuts. I knew how I felt at this time and it was not good. Had to run to the bathroom and the toilet does not flush. I sat there and thought is this a bad dream or WHAT. This all happened before 11 am. My review was great that did help things a little. WHAT A DAY and all cause by beer!!!!!!!

Reading your story made my head and stomach hurt, been there too many times...At least you realize what caused your "dark day". Stay strong.

Yes, my brain was saturated from alcohol too.
Drinking causes so many problems.....

What are you now planning to do for sobriety?

If you eliminate the beer, you'll eliminate the trouble. Not easy but possible for sure. I hope you can put it down for good. It's not worth it.
