Great job. I am on day 10 and I love that I get a good nights sleep now. I still have cravings but I am aware of them and ignore them. One thing I have to work on is to quit my mind from telling me I have excuses to drink. I put my cat to sleep and my brain kept going now you have a reason to drink. But I know when I drink it doesn't help anything.

I'm on day 6 and feel the best I have felt in a very long time. Not so bloated and skin and hair looks and feels better already. Before, I had no energy - now it's coming back. And, so are the longer nights of sleep. Before, I would sleep only 4 -5 hours waking up like clockwork in the middle of the night then staying awake with thoughts of hating myself for drinking again the night before. This healthier look and feel has been helping to keep me sober these past few days. I"m looking forward to feeling even better on day 10.
