wasted....

game over...

I still got a lot of continues left, so here I am. SR is a crucial part of my sobriety. I NEED this forum to be sober.

I smoked my last sigaretten at 14:00 today. Detox today will be okay...next couple of days will be chaos and destruction.

Recovery for me is very much a daily work in progress. It has to be like that as my mood is liable to change from one day to the next.

I never said I was going to get a year sober, or 90 days or 6 months or whatever. I merely say I'm going to look after today by keeping sober and clean and working my recovery to make that possible and stay grateful for it.
