I think I know what you mean, I have been feeling like that the 48 hrs. almost counting down to my next drink after 12 days. I did speak to my sponsor and it did help, I got out of the compulsion, at least just for now. Is there a sponsor or anyone you can call to talk about this too. Not discounting this site, of course?

Xuse sit down put your head in between your legs and keep the blood rushing to you head so you don't start feeling faint, concentrate on your breath. It will pass. can you come in the chat room I can talk to you if you want

Glad you're feeling better xuse.
Deep slowed breathing helps me, as well as trying to remember it *will* pass....

you might also want to see your doctor if this is becoming a regular deal.
