Needing support.

Just having a rough time. Just needed to say that where people can see it. Don't feel like talking but I have to get out of my head once in a while.

Just want to thank those who replied. Often I don't have anything new to say but feel I get lost and it gets too comfortable. Trying to pull myself out.

Actually today was easier. Fortunate in one way, I get to help others most days and it takes my mind off my own issues. On other days, I wonder how much longer I can help others without helping myself first. Need to replenish when I can.

Last week the anger of my situation took a great hold on me. This week it is the sadness that has gripped me.

Having a rough day today. My adult daughter is really mad at me. She really believes I should leave her dad (my husband of 25 years) or make him leave. We are doing fairly well and I am not up to dealing with her tonight. I told her she could/should talk to her dad. I think she is disappointed in me for staying with him

Everytime I get to the acceptance part - the head starts doing weird things - like fighting with the past and the heart... well, guess what I have learned... it doesn't always get what it wants, when it wants it, from the person we want it from - but there is often someone willing to give you a hug (at least where I work there is).

Thanks for the PM. System would not let me respond so I am going public LOL.
I am trying to get her to either go with me to Al Anon and or ACOA group I found. I also told her about the support here. Is that a start that is reasonable??
