New here but 12 years sober
I am new here and I am very glad to have found you.
I have been sober for 12 years. Recently, I found myself caught up in some behaviors that could lead me back to a drink. I am trying to turn my focus back to my complete sobriety, family and true friends. I look forward to spending time here.

Congratulations on all the sober time. I joined SR last week for similar reasons. I've been sober for 2+ years, but I could see the drink returning to my life if I didn't make some changes.

Hi Dini, welcome to SR! This is a great place to be. Congrats on your sober life! I never did any kind of formal recovery program and have been sober for 3 yrs. W/O SR I might be inclined to take my sobriety for granted which could lead to slipping so I visit here often and it's great for keeping me on track.
Glad to have you here Dini. I think you'll like this forum, some terrific people here. I know, I'm glad to have found it myself.
