35 days today.
Haven't had a drink in 35 days. This hasn't happened since I was in high school. Honestly, the cravings are gone and I barely even think about drinking at this point.
Things have been far from perfect, but I've never been more appreciative of my life - at least, not that I can recall. What a gift to be alive!

No, it won't always be perfect because life isn't perfect. It's much easier, though, to face life's challenges with a clear head. Keep doing what you are doing because it is obviously working!

So glad you're doing well, Donne, and a big congrats on your 35 days sober! After being in the throes of addiction, live does seem a little sweeter! I'm truly happy for you - thanks for the post!
