New to the site

Hello all...I'm on my 11th day of sobriety of both alcohol and tobacco...it feels good...

Congrats! Wow, both alcohol and tobacco. . .I tried that. . . lasted 2 1/2 days, and decided my cigars could wait to go away. Glad to see you here!

11 days mean you do not have any of the poissonous substance in your body anymore!

Wow both together, I did it 2 months apart. First the ciggies, then the booze.

You are in a good place here at SR. Be careful of the detox, sometimes it is not a good idea to go it alone. If you have any serious sides, see a doctor.

Good work! I'm 20 days sober and the cigs have been drastically reduced, like 2-3 (cigs, not packs ;-) a day. It's time to quit...at first I was saying one thing at a time but I really need to just knock it off. Thanks for the post and best wishes!
