Amusement park
Canoeing or boating

..... I guess it depends on the age/sex of the birthday guests.....and where you live. A cool birthday for me would be to go to the coast, get a great seafood dinner, and have fun exploring/taking photos or checking out little shops and galleries.....

1. Dinner/Out to eat favorite food
2. Theater/show/live entertainment
3. Movies
4. Salon or a makeover
5. Comedy club alot of laughs drink juice
6. Arts and Crafts Place/Creativity
7. Starbucks or Cafe enjoy a latte and listen to music

I guess it all depends on where you live, and what you like to do .
If you live in or near NY the city is awesome. You can walk around, sight see, sit and have an artist sketch your portrait. Stores and shops are open all night. You can walk around and have a blast.

Some really great ideas here!

One thing I thought of doing was hosting a dinner party and telling my guests that instead of buying/brining alcohol, take the money that they would have spent on the alcohol, pool it together and make a donation to a charity of choice.
