Day 5 and anxiety
Gotta say I am over the worst of it, sleeping better, thurs, fri, and sat were awful. I cant remember the early days the last time I quit in terms of how my anxiety felt, but I am being awakened with it these mornings. I am looking forward to not having to deal with this issue soon, the last binge I went on has taught me a very sore lesson indeed.

Congratulations on the 5 days and yes, weekends in the beginning are really bad.... You have gotten through the worst of it now.... it WILL get better. That is a promise! I know how you feel, unsure and anxiety ridden. Slowly it is going to get better. You are over the worst part of detox, the physical part. Now, lots of mental stuff to go through, take it easy, one day at a time. Work through whatever program you are doing.

Just like LifeIs said, just keep going one day at a time, it gets better. Im at 20 days and while I can't lie and say my anxiety is history I can say I have improved a lot since day 5. Just keep at it you will get better.
