A Great Book and 24 hours on the shelf sober.
So ive made it thru my first sober 24 hours. In the interim , which has seemed like a week, i read a wonderful book. It is called "DRY" by Augusten Burroughs. I think those in my spot whould give it a look, it sure as god opened my eyes up very wide.

Congrats on your 24 hours!! I remember the days that seemed like months. Luckily, they didn't last all that long.
Crack is my DOC, but the book sounds like something I'd like to read.

I like 'Dry' also. If you are an Augusten Burroughs fan, you might check out his earlier book "Running With Scissors". It's mind-blowing!
