I'm in pain.
Ywindow.....I am glad you posted but I urge you to go to the ER. Drinking will only make things worse and it sounds like you need medical attention my friend.
Please put the drink down and call someone to help ASAP.

(((ywindow))) - Welcome to SR!
I agree with ((Kim)). I'm a former nurse and I really think you need to see a dr. Alcohol actually DEHYDRATES you, and if you're belly is getting bigger it could be any number of things. Most are easily treatable, but need a dr's care.
I think your body is telling you it's "had enough". Please listen to it, and get help. There's no shame in getting help. It's often the first step we make in the right direction. There are lots of supportive people here who have been through he!! and come back, others are still struggling. I'm glad you're here.
Hugs and prayers!

Ywindow - your situation sounds SERIOUS. I agree with the others, you need to seek medical attention asap. Having gone thru the detox thing less than two weeks ago, I know how painful it is. If you do not seek help, it will get beyond painful.
You made the right choice of coming here as your initial step. We are all here to support you - please keep us posted.
Best Wishes.

Agreed--I have seen ascites (fluid in abdomen) as a result of the liver not being able to process the alcohol. Not a diagnosis here, but something you MUST rule out--it is life-threatening (not in the distant future, but immediately life-threatening).
Please go to the ER. NOW. Hopefully it isn't that, but you can't take the chance.

Honey pls listen to us, you already had ascites before? then you must suspect that is what it is again. You are in pain, we cannot help you with this physical pain, we are not doctors and even if we were you are out of our reach.
You need to get medical help and you need to do it now, drunk or sober, do it now.
Many hugs and prayers

If you are in pain then there is a problem that alcohol will only HIDE, not CURE. Based on the change in your spelling and grammar it looks like you are intoxicated @ 10am, you need help and that is not found at the bottom of a bottle. Call your local physician and get some help, no one is out to hurt you, only help.
ywindow,
It's not clear to me if you are at home right now. I do know that the ascites hurts and I also know that the liver problem can cloud your thinking. It makes everything very confusing.
Please take whatever advice the doctors give you. Don't drink.
