Wink Quack! Tip.

Just thought I would share something I did back when I was still a little "shaky" and unsure of myself when talking with Mr.Sofa on the phone. It was in the beginning phases of our separation... or should I say...MY separation from His addiction.

I changed his profile picture to a rubber duckie
changed the ringer to a duck quacking.
and changed his name to "DON'T BELIEVE HIM"

This helped me remember that an addict was calling, and reminded Me NOT to believe anything he was saying to Me.

If any of you STILL find yourselves taking calls from your A's ( and we've ALL done it )...thought this could help.

I used the same ringtone... "duck call for hunters"... pretty darn funny when standing in a quiet bank and that ringtone goes off...

...the only problem... whenever canadian geese fly overhead.... it brought back memories of when he was calling.

I'm still working on the re-adjustment of duck call/canadian geese sound

I also changed his name to "loser" and found a really...really ugly photo of a gorilla and added it as his profile image...

Eventually... I just put his ringer on silent... made for a much nicer day... less interruptions.
