I was talking to someone online here, and I told them about how am detoxing and feeling horrible, and she told me to try Gaba, a supplement. I'm interested but I was wondering if this would be safe? or could it be addictive as well?

(((Balou))) - I researched it after reading another post here about it. I got it to try to help with insomnia and anxiety, although the anxiety isn't THAT bad. I honestly don't take it like I'm supposed to, but I can say it hasn't helped me with insomnia. I'm not too sure about the anxiety..been going through a lot of stuff, lately.

I also recommend talking to your dr. I think I would need to take it as recommended to really assess it's affect, but the capsules I got would melt in my car while I was at work, as I have to leave my purse in the car
