In another thread, I asked what to do when your HP was silent. I got lots of great advice and support, so thanks to all of you for that.

Still, I'm like Doubting Thomas - I need something tangible.

I was feeling kinda down today - ex stuff, school fees coming up, house messy, haven't been able to sleep 'cause I'm stuck in a major codie recycling situation (see Beyond Codependency for more). Anyhow, I took myself out to a Chinese buffet for lunch.

Out of a huge mound of fortune cookies, I took one off the top and sat down. Before I opened it I said, "HP, if you have anything to say to me, maybe this cookie would be a good way of saying it. Please...."

My fortune said, "IT'S NOT THE END YET. LET'S STAY WITH IT".

I completely get where you're coming from. I am one of those gals that sometimes needs a shove off the edge to figure out I'm supposed to stop gaping at the view and get down to where the real work needs to be done.

I received a whole lotta shoves in the last year! LOL.
