5 months free from drink!

When do I stop being a newcomer?!

I only have 2 months free completely sober and clean from weed and benzos so I guess I am still a new comer for now

Congrats on your clean and sober time!

I'd say you're a newcomer until you're not.

Not much help there, but I'm seven months and love the newcomer forum so I stay in it.

We are all necomers EVERY day. It's just one day at a time. No, it's not just a slogan/cliche. The Newcomer Forum is the only one that I read and it has been 18 months since my last drink. Stresses in life lately make me think more about a drink, so I just have to keep reminding myself - just don't drink today....

Nice one on your sober/clean time!

I've been sober over a year now and the Newcomers Forum is still my preffered SR location!! I just feel at home here!!

SereniTee, I just turned two years....as you know, and thank you very much for the congrats on that....and I still feel like a newcomer. Maybe it's because I'm still learning. Congrats on 5 months free from drink!!

Wow! Congratulations on your sober time!! I too like this forum and the gratitude forum. I don't think I'll ever outgrow it, but if there's another forum better suited to you then jump aboard.
