I'm new here
I have read back through the threads quite a bit, but I see that Secular Connections isn't as active as some of the other forums. I'm trying to find the secular path that might work best for me.
I haven't quite stopped drinking yet but I'm down to two glasses of wine per day, and I want to cut it out completely within the next few days.
I don't have too much more to say right now, just wanted to introduce myself. So hi!

Hi Tuffy,
Welcome! You're right, SC is pretty quiet at the moment. Has been ever since the weather got nice. But there are still a few of us around, so feel free to post and eventually it will pick up again. In the meantime check out the other forums, they may help you too. Good luck on your sobriety.

Hi TuffNut and welcome .
True, the Secular Connections Forum is a bit short on members. The Daily Check-in thread is the most active support thread here...so you might try posting in there if you wish.
I use SMART Recovery Tools, there secular. (click here for the tools) SMART is a big part of my addiction treatment program. You might want to check them out.
