Airplane has been spotted
Wreckage of the airplane has been found in the mountains, but there is no word yet on any of the 4 people on board.
Please continue to pray for these 4 people and their families. One of the missing girls is the daughter of my counselor. They are a wonderful family. This has been an agonizing week.
There is hope still. Thank you all for your prayers.

Four bodies were found inside the wreckage. So heartbreaking.
Thank you, everyone for your prayers. Please continue to pray for the families. My counselor is a woman of strong faith, but to lose a young daughter...prayers will be needed...

Just got that news my dear, and oh how my heart cries out to the mother's of those killed. My heartfelt prayers for all of you who mourn the waste of these young lives.

Thank you, Jadmack. Kathy has been a rock for me, and now my troubles seem so insignificant in comparison to what she, her husband, their children and all the others are suffering. My heart is breaking for her. She shared a story with me once about how God had spoken through her daughter in answer to her own questions about her faith. It had strengthened her faith tremendously at the time. I am praying that she feels that strength and God's love right now.

Oh gosh, this is just horrible. There are so many horrible things going on in the world today. Is it that I am just older and notice them more now than I did when I was younger? It cannot be, I don't watch or read the news

Thank you, everyone, for all of your thoughts and prayers. They are felt and appreciated more than you know.
L2L, I was just talking with a close friend about the same thing. So many tragic things going on. On Sunday, I also lost two former students...one to a drowning when he went into the river to rescue his dog, and the other to a car crash. Like I said earlier, it makes my troubles seem so insignificant.

I am so glad I have finally found my Higher Power. It makes me able to see how BLESSED I truly am, which allows me to be grateful. It's weird because that word (blessed) always made me CRINGE before. Now, I understand it (although I do think people do overuse that word).

My heart and prayers and thoughts go out to all of the families, and to your counselor...lighting a candle for them, to find the light and for your counselor's daughter to keep sending your counselor faith in the midst of tragedy. Love transcends all space, time and passages...
