In recovery, thanks SR

I have been mostly reading this forum for 18 months, and it's helped me immensely with dealing with my recovery from being married to (and divorced from) a crack addict. For those who are new here and searching how to cope with it all, I want to let you know that I have finally reached a place of serenity. I got here by having a really great therapist who specializes in addiction and free counseling from a very wise church pastor as well as many friends who have dealt with addiction in their families. Each and every day I wake up full of anticipation and peace, thankful for the wisdom and plain talk that I have seen here on SR. This online community got me through many, many dark winter nights when I was full of grief and questions, feeling isolated and like I was the only person on the planet who had had such a traumatic and swift ending to a marriage and life. You all helped me realize that no contact and letting go and letting God were the keys to feeling sane again. Thanks a million. I will repay you by helping someone else out, when they come along.
