so im beginning to think along the lines of no contact spoke to daughter about it today and what she says makes so much sense as does everyone on here just its so hard cos i do love him so much and even just thinking about it this morning has brought about such a downer that all ive done all day is cry and this is just thinking about it its like all too much after just losing my dad just feels as if im losing something else sat here crying my eyes out and this is just me thinking about it not the doing hows that gonna be whats this life all about then eh sorry gonna get some tissues

Things will get better, honest. I know you're feeling so low right now but you can do this - just one baby step at a time. You're still grieving your dad - that's natural. Be kind to yourself. Start taking care of you - and from what you've posted No Contact seems like a good place to start!
