This would have definitely been the day that I drank. I didn't. Day number 4. I didn't post until now. Just want to say Hi and let everyone know I'm still alive and sober. I took the kids to dairy queen today. We all had something to eat and we each got a blizzard. I got the new one they've been advertising with strawberries and vanilla oreo cookies. Man, it tasted sooo good. I couldn't believe how yummy it was. The kids enjoyed theirs too. Shawna got a chocolate dream or something like that with alot of chocolate stuff in it and Devin got a cookie dough one. We each tasted eachothers but I think mine was the best. It seems like such a simple thing and maybe the enjoyment of that is just part of the coming down from alcohol but it was nice. We're talking about going to the movies tommorrow. We'll see how it goes. I think I'm gonna check into some local AA meetings. I feel pretty good today but I need a new crutch. Hope everyone has a nice night. Thanks for listening.
