Something Positive
This will be my first positive post.

Today is a much better day. I will not question it, I will just be glad in it. I went on a 40 mile bike ride last night with a good friend. Had a nice lunch with a couple of friends. Now, I'm watching Wimbledon. I'm relaxing on the couch and I can breathe. I am so thankful.

Thumbs up Something Positive...
WOW! A twenty mile bike ride is a long way. I know I couldn't do that. You do inspire me to get my act together to start walking my dog again. I have depression which keeps me from going out the door much & arthritis pain in both hips but know all would be better if I walked more.
