I have been dreaming for the first time in many many months. Thats a good thing.

I´ve called in sick from work for just one more day, these early stages of detoxing and sobriety are too important for me.

I think dreaming is a sign that your thinking process is beginning to heal. You have two stages of sleep. One is "repair", which is just really deep sleep. You'll go bats if that's all you get. The second stage is "clean up", which is dreaming. This is your brain making things all tidy for thinking. So from what I understand about sleep dreaming is indeed a good sign.
