My first meeting tommorrow...

I'm a little anxious. I've been to AA meetings before but I'm going to a SMART meeting tommorrow. Are those meetings run anything like AA meetings? Will I have to speak?

Hey Ryan. I don't know the answer to that. Hopefully someone that does will answer soon. I would hope if you don't wanna speak you won't have to. If you do try to relax. You've opened up on SR. It may be more difficult in person but you can do it. Either way good luck.

I have no idea either Ryan but I know people here who 'do' SMART and they speak highly of it so I feel sure it will be a good experience for you.

Hi, I've never heard of Smart meetings. You will have to let us know what it involves. At the end of the day, anything that helps is worthwhile. Good luck!
