Day 5
Hey guys! Well its day 5 and all is going well so far, the first two days were a bit touchy. I am working in Georgia this week so the 100 degree days are definitely curbing my appetite for alcohol since I work outside. I almost died in the heat sober I can imagine what it would have been like if I had gotten trashed the night before lol.

Congrats, MatthewP! I'm only on day 3, but like you doing ok so far. I didn't crave the first two days, felt too bad for that.
Just think how much easier your body is coping with the heat! You are lucky in one way, all that sweating and water intake is great for flushing out your system. I bet you're going to have a great day 6!
