hello :)
new here, nearly a week sober. keeping up with the gym and taking kudzu for 1 month. dont know weather it was just my mind ,but i thought of having a drink then the prospect made me feel sick . also i noticed my anxiety levels are somewhat better.
had a alcohol problem for years , in long term gropu psychothreapy at the moment its hard . but im keeping up with it
also a inner belif in myself i dont put a label on it .i just belive its there and the need to lock into it..
ive noticed being sober ( longest i ever did was 3months) . i m less paranoid and generally more stable.
im just hoping i can continue and not let anything outside of myself . make me lose my balance . but be strong. but also flexible ,, not too controlling . thats something i must keep check on

BTW my anxiety disappeared over time after I was sober. Drinking doesn't help it for sure.
