Ya, it's on now and the emotion that I've not dealt with all week has showed up. I knew there was a reason for just staying home tonight and facing me feelings.
Pretty good so far and is focused on the shame and trauma of childhood/teenager memories as the cause for one woman in rehab.
Surprised as most of the women are drinking wine. My XGF was also........
Praying for her HP.
