And I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.

It's been so long since a thought or feeling I had wasn't "way wrong" or "totally off the wall crazy" that it's really hard to figure out if what I'm thinking or feeling is appropriate.

It's comforting to me to be able to see post after post after post and read that I'm not the only one thinking, feeling or reacting a certain way.

Maybe I'm not quite as crazy as I thought I was.

(okay, I'm a little cocoa puffs sometimes but it is well intended)

KV - I still feel like that at times. Gaslighting is difficult to overcome. I liken it to being a recovering victim of torture.
